Blogs lately have been tough. 

So many things happen in a month, a week, a day on the race. Memories, seeing the Lord show up, stories, truths I am learning and stepping into, etc. The amount of things I can think of to write are endless, but it oddly gets overwhelming. 

I put a lot of pressure on myself to write perfect things. Long intricate blogs with perfect words and profound stories. Fully and completely capturing each detail.  

Lately the Lord has really put this blog on my heart. I feel that my focus on writing such perfect blogs has taken away my ability to really share what the Lord is doing on my race. 

There is so much goodness here in Guatemala. I have seen the Lord move in ways like never before, in the hearts of the people of Guatemala, my squadmates, and my own heart. And I’m ready to share this goodness with you. 

I have good news to share, and so do you. So no more holding back from speaking out what He is doing out of fear of imperfection. 

Many stories to come. Telling our testimonies is a special way of loving the church well. 

So here’s to many imperfect blogs to come. Just sharing about His goodness is more than enough.
